Why It Matters

Outdoor air conditioning units are susceptible to theft because they contain valuable copper. R22 refrigerant became illegal to import or manufacture in the U.S. on January 1, 2020, which has driven up theft targeting older units.

• Four panels fit together without bolts, nuts, or pins for quick installation and access
